Information you provide

When you submit a Reel link, we use that URL to request information from Instagram and return a preview and, when available, a temporary download link. You do not enter an Instagram account or password on DevsLoad. The service may use its own Instagram session to access media available to that account.

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include so we can respond to your message.

Temporary results and downloads

The API holds successful Reel results in process memory for up to 60 seconds to avoid repeated requests. A temporary download token links to the video URL during that period. When you select Download MP4, the backend streams the file to your browser; the application does not save a permanent copy of the video.

Standard server or hosting logs may record technical request details such as IP address, time, route, and error status for security and operations. Their retention depends on the hosting configuration.

Third-party services

The service contacts Instagram and its media delivery hosts to retrieve Reel information and video files. Those services may receive the requested Reel URL or media request and apply their own privacy practices. DevsLoad is independent of Instagram and Meta.

The current application code does not load Google advertising or analytics scripts. If advertising is enabled later, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, and personalization where permitted. We will update this policy and provide any required consent controls before enabling those services. You can learn about Google's practices at Google's advertising technologies page.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a link or download a result. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. If advertising is introduced, available ad privacy controls will be described here and in our Cookie Policy.
